Houston, Texas – August 2026 – Nutech Instruments participated in the Environmental Measurement Symposium (EMS) 2026, held August 3–6 at the Hyatt Regency Houston in Houston, Texas. The annual symposium brings together environmental laboratories, regulators, scientists, and technology providers to exchange ideas and explore advances in environmental measurement and laboratory analysis.

At the exhibition, Nutech Instruments presented its solutions for VOC air monitoring and laboratory analysis, with particular focus on applications related to EPA Method 327, canister-based air sampling, sample preconcentration, and emerging PFAS analysis requirements.

Products and solutions displayed included the Nutech 8910 Preconcentrator, precision gas dilution equipment, canister handling and conditioning solutions, and specially treated air sampling canisters. These technologies are designed to support laboratories performing trace-level VOC analysis and other challenging air monitoring applications.

EPA Method 327 specifies canister sampling and GC/MS analysis for selected volatile organic hazardous air pollutants from fugitive and area sources, making reliable sample preparation and preconcentration an important part of the analytical workflow.

During the symposium, the Nutech team had the opportunity to meet with environmental laboratories and industry professionals and discuss evolving analytical requirements, laboratory workflows, and new applications in VOC and PFAS measurement.

Nutech Instruments will continue developing practical solutions for air sampling, sample preparation, VOC analysis, and emerging environmental contaminants, helping laboratories improve analytical performance and adapt to changing regulatory requirements.
